A cluster of chains with a piezo mic system?!
I always wanted a way of getting a super "close sounding" chain and this is what I came up with. It can be used as a crash substitute or in can enhance hihats, snares and other instruments by resting the chain links on them!

The do not make a lot of acoustic noise by design, you plug them in using a standard 1/4” guitar cable and create the sound you want.* Plug it in to your audio interface, DI-box, guitar pedals or pretty much whatever you want and go crazy!
